Foxconn Czech Republic became an exclusive partner of the Pardubice Supernova event

During the gala evening held on September 12, 2024 at the Hronovická Cultural House, 173 pupils and students were awarded for their exceptional results in areas such as sports, mathematics, foreign languages, chemistry, music, physics and others.

The awards were presented by Radka Svobodová, Compliance, PR and Communications Manager of Foxconn, and on behalf of Pardubice City Hall by Jakub Rychtecký, 1st Deputy Mayor, and František Němec, Chairman of the Commission for Education, Training and Family.

Foxconn donated CZK 80,000 for this event. "We accepted the offer to be the exclusive partner of this event without hesitation, because the award of talented and proactive children is not only a great motivation for them to continue their work. If this enthusiasm lasts into adulthood, which we all hope, they will have no problem finding work that they enjoy and find fulfilling, and maybe for some of them it will be with us," said Radka Svobodová.

The Commission for Education, Training and Family annually awards pupils who have achieved significant success in regional, national and international competitions. In 2024, 144 pupils from primary schools, lower secondary schools and primary art schools and 29 students from secondary schools were awarded. These talented young people received financial rewards, vouchers for a visit to the Sféra Educational Centre and symbolic prizes with the new logo of the event, which was designed by Simona Srdínková and Jakub Poláček from Ohrazenice Primary School.

The festive evening, full of positive emotions and musical performances, including the entrance of Pardubice singer Julian Záhorovský, was moderated by Jakub Hřib.
