Foxconn is again this year the main partner and co-organizer of the fifth edition of the Foxconn Cup competition for young electronics engineers.

The competition was held on 3-4 April 2024 in Kutná Hora, in cooperation with the Secondary School of Crafts in Kutná Hora. This year's competition was traditionally attended by five secondary schools from the Central Bohemia and Pardubice regions.
On the first day, the competitors had to deal with a knowledge test and a practical task.
On the second day, the students moved to the premises of our company, where they had the challenge of building a small game console. The evaluation included not only functionality, but also quality and aesthetics. The competitors were divided into two groups and were thus able to see the production area. One group worked on the competition task and the other got to know the company through an expert lecture by Jiří Myšička, Head of Process Technology.
The overall winners of this year's event were the students of "SOŠ a SOU řemesel Kutná Hora", who defended their last year's placement. The travelling cup therefore remains on the premises of the organising school. All participants took away from the event not only a lot of new experiences and knowledge, but also valuable prizes.
