Foxconn Stars, the prestigious company-wide employee award competition that has already had two successful years, has earned the highest possible rating from the expert jury.

Recognising the work of HR managers and their teams - this is the aim of the editors of the Profi HR magazine and other professional titles of the A11 media group through the Profi HR Awards. Foxconn sought the votes of the expert jury with the Foxconn Stars project.

Foxconn Stars, the prestigious company-wide employee award that has already had two successful editions, earned the highest rating from the expert jury: first place in the CSR and ESG Project of the Year category! "We are very appreciative of this award, it is confirmation that Foxconn Stars is meaningful and that our efforts, which we have put into preparing the competition for the second year, are paying off. We are very pleased that the competition is perceived positively not only by our employees and the management of our company, but also by the jury of the prestigious Profi HR Awards. CSR and ESG Project of the Year category
The aim of this category in the Profi HR Awards was to select the best CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) or ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) project. The judges evaluated initiatives such as equal opportunities, company involvement in community life around the company's headquarters or fair communication and fair treatment of employees or customers.
