Foxconn ranks among the top employers in the Czech Republic

After its tenth regional victory, Foxconn Czech Republic was ranked 4th in this year's nationwide Pluxee Employer of the Year competition in the category of 500 to 5,000 employees, moving up four places from last year.

 "All of our employees contributed to these great results and we would like to thank them for their great work and commitment. Without them, of course, we would not have achieved these amazing awards. We are proud that together we managed to meet the very strict evaluation criteria and can count ourselves among the top employers and the most important companies in the Czech Republic," said Radka Svobodová, Compliance, PR and Communications Manager at Foxconn.

Pluxee Employer of the Year​

​​​​​​The Pluxee Employer of the Year Award has been focusing on companies in the Czech Republic from a human resources perspective for 20 years. Its purpose is to bring to the public examples of companies with an excellent approach to their employees, not only nationwide, but also in individual regions. In addition to economic indicators, the value of a company is also determined by its approach to its employees, their remuneration or care for them. The companies that succeed in the assessment have several common features, for example, that they invest more in the training and development of their employees, who then have more room for career growth. Last but not least, the social responsibility of the company is also evaluated here, as well as assistance in the form of sponsorship or volunteering, which then goes hand in hand with greater attractiveness for job applicants.
