Both two-day festivals attracted nearly 3,700 employees who had the opportunity to choose from a menu of ten dishes, including two desserts. In total, over 26,000 portions were served. The range of dishes was chosen very carefully so that there was something for everyone. There were meat and vegetarian variants of international cuisine, attractive desserts and a wide range of drinks. Great emphasis was also placed on the freshness and quality of the food. The highest rated dishes in the satisfaction survey were the mini burger, pad thai, fish and chips and pelmeni. Kunětická ice cream also received complimentary comments.
"The response to both Street Food Festivals was very positive. Employees appreciated the opportunity to spend time with their colleagues in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, discover new tastes and enjoy the rich accompanying programme." said Markéta Horká, PR consultant at Foxconn Czech Republic and main coordinator of the Pardubice and Kutná Hora events.
The variety of world cuisines and the alchemy of flavours were not the only attraction. Compared to last year's festival, the festival has undergone a number of changes. In addition to the classic seating, this time there was also comfortable "eco" pallet seating with parasols, which added a new dimension to the festival and offered a pleasant place to relax. The individual food stalls were also designed in this new style. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the festival was also enhanced by international music and competitions for numerous prizes.
