Professionalism, transparency, open communication and continuous improvement are important to us in HR. We strive to create an environment where employees' opinions and ideas are heard. We include them, regularly ask them what they value at work, what to improve and what a company environment should be like where they feel comfortable.
In addition, for the second year in a row we received the award for the best canteen in the Pardubice Region. In this national competition, important aspects of the evaluation include the level of equipment of the catering area, the composition and variety of the dishes offered, the speed of customer service, the quality of the food served and the professional attitude of the staff. Waste management and a zero-waste concept are also among the criteria evaluated. The competition is organised and announced by the Association for Employee Catering - ProZAMS and the Employers' Club of the Czech Republic.

The Sodexo Employer of the Year Award has been focusing on companies in the Czech Republic from a human resources perspective for 20 years. Its purpose is to bring to the public examples of companies with an excellent approach to their employees, not only nationwide, but also in individual regions. The corporate culture creates the level of the business environment and the mood in the company. The companies that succeeded in the assessment have several common features, for example, that they invest more in training and development of employees, who have more room for career growth. The assessment is conducted using PwC's globally recognised Saratoga methodology. Employer of the Year over 5,000 employees recognises large companies that, despite their size, are able to maintain a pleasant working environment and provide their employees with the best possible working conditions. The main players of the Czech economy compete in this elite category.
