Foxconn awarded as the 2nd Best Employer of the Decade

Foxconn has become 2nd BEST EMPLOYER OF THE DECADE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC in the category of 500 to 5,000 employees!

The unique award announcement occurred yesterday, 14th June, in the evening at the Spojka conference room in Prague’s Karlín.

„We greatly appreciate this prestigious award which reflects our long-term efforts in the field of human resources. At Foxconn we are proud that we managed to meet very strict evaluation criteria and to be counted among the top employers of the decade in the Czech Republic. All of our employees have a share in this great result, and they deserve a big thank you!” said Division D Executive Director Nicky Monaghan, who took over the award for Foxconn.

The employer of the Year award has been focusing on companies in the Czech Republic from a human resources perspective since 2003. The award aims to highlight companies with an excellent approach to their employees nationally and in separate regions. Data in financial indicators, recruitment, remuneration and benefits, training and development, absenteeism and departures or corporate social responsibility are evaluated using the globally recognised Saratoga methodology from the PricewaterhouseCoopers Czech Republic.
